Time Commitment:
Mandatory Tech rehearsal day Friday May 14 2027 6:00-8:30PM
Performers that are available will be needed to help with truss setup.
Show day Saturday May 15 2027 5:00-8:30PM
Performers that are available will be needed to help with truss takedown.
Compensation:
CEAPAC showcase is a performance/recital event for students, instructors, and other local performers.
As this event is operating on non-profit basis, no performer will be compensated for their performance. All event proceeds will go directly towards theatre rental, and other overhead expenses.
CEAPAC staff and volunteers will not be financial compensated.
Deposit:
A non-refundable performer deposit of $100 is required to reserve your performance spot.
Deposit breakdown: $50 will be used to compensate our rigger, $25 will be used to cover tech rehearsal costs, $25 photo will go towards a photo credit with our photographer (optional)
A reduce deposit of $75 maybe requested if you would like to opt out of the photo credit.
Performers can purchase a photo package from the event photographer.
An HD video recording of the performance will be provided to all performers at no cost.
Please note that Jade Camrose will charge a performer deposit that is appropriate to cover their overhead costs.
