Commerical Rental

Our hourly commercial rental rate is $35/hr *
All commercial renters are required to provide proof of commercial liability insurance, up to date CPR & First aid certification, and any relevant professional courses/certifications for their scoop of practice.

Private Studio Rental
Rent our space for private use.
Private rental for individual or group use is $35/hr.
Private rental for the purposes of videography & photography $45/hr.
Private rental for use of A frame with Hoop or Flying pole $45/hr (Includes equipment assembly fee).
*Supervision by a CEAPAC staffer is required for all private rentals

Event Rental
Looking for a space for your next event?
Our location is situated in an ideal location on Whyte ave. Close to several paid parking lots and transit stops.
Our space has been used for private parties and as a performance venue.
Maximum capacity 58.
Rent our space for both private and public events.

Studio Passes
Studio passes are available for instructors, performers, high level students, or SWers looking for studio time that fits with their schedule.
Studio is available for use for dance, heels, burlesque, pole, yoga, and stretch..

Studio passes allows individuals to book solo studio time.
Pass holders are provided self serve access to our studio booking platform. They are able to book any available slot on our schedule. Use it our lose it, there is no carryover or refund for unused hours.
Pass holders are provided a unique access code to facilitate self serve access to our studio. Codes are time restricted to the pass holder’s bookings.
Pass holders are NOT be permitted to use the studio for partner, group or commercial use.
If you would like to use the studio with another person they must also have a studio pass.

3 Month Pass $100+gst/month - Unlimited booking requests*
*No credit carryover or refund offered for unused hours

1) Contact us at info@ceapac.ca to request a CEAPAC membership application form.
2) Apply to be a CEAPAC member. Applications are presented to our board for approval on a monthly basis.
3) Once your application is approved, remit a $10/year CEAPAC membership fee.
4) Sign a studio use rental agreement. Basic skill requirements will be evaluated for aerial use.
5) Purchase your pass of choice.
